This 3rd level 4 bedroom, 3 bath unit sleeps 11. This unit is perfect for groups and families as it can be separated to make two 2 bedroom units.

A Side:
This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, including a stainless steel microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee pot.
In the master bedroom there is a king-sized bed as well as a TV with DirecTV access. Enjoy relaxing in the garden tub in the master bath.
In the second bedroom there are two twin beds. There is also a TV with DirecTV access. Next to it is the other bathroom on this side of the unit.
The living room has a TV with DirecTV access and a DVD player as well.
A laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer are also included in this unit.
You can enjoy the view of the gulf from the private balcony.
There’s ceramic tile throughout with carpet in the bedrooms.

B Side:
This side of the unit also has a full kitchen including a coffee pot, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.
The first bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle bed. There is one bathroom on this side of the unit.
The living room has a TV with DirecTV access and an electric fireplace.
This side also has a stackable washer and dryer.
There’s ceramic tile throughout with carpet in the bedrooms.

    We have stayed in many different units over the years at Beach Club or The Inn. We have always been pleased and this was no exception. I loved the layout of our condo unit (compared to 110, which a family member stayed in). The unit was well equipped and clean. The staff with beachfront rentals was extremely friendly and helpful.
    The only suggestion I would make is to have bunks (queen on bottom to accommodate adult guests) in both 2nd bedrooms.

    I will also note that I did notice a few maintenance issues outside of our unit that caught my attention—the shower on the boardwalk was having a valve issue and there were some cosmetic imperfections I noticed on the exterior/pool area that I hadn’t in the years past. None of these took away any joy from my stay, not will they deter me from staying here in the immediate future. They are merely things I would want to know if I were an owner/manager.

    We enjoy coming here because all 4 families can stay together in one condo. We love the peacefulness and that it isn’t so crowded like other beaches.

    The condo was very clean with lots of extras. The kitchen was the best equipped of any condo we’ve ever rented. Dauphin Island is a great low key place to visit.
