  This was our 4th visit to The Inn at Dauphin Island but our first stay in 311. It was very clean and had recently had LVP put in the master bedroom and new appliances. It was the best condo we’ve had there. Kitchen is fully stocked, bed was great and beach was quiet and beautiful as always. I’m hoping visit #5 we will be able to get 311 again.

  Staying at The Inn, Unit 311 was just what my teen daughter and I needed. Kitchen is well stocked, furniture is comfortable. Easy access to the beach, walk across the street for food and ice cream. Easy drive to either end of the island. Easy-ish walk to the beach. Boardwalk most of the way, but the still a walk on the sand out to the water. The balcony, which has bar height seating with a table and a couple of lower chairs, gives great views and nice southern breezes. Would definitely stay here again, next time we need a quick getaway!

  We stayed in room 311. It is a beautiful room with everything needed for a vacation. I love the bar height chairs on the balcony. They allowed us to have an unrestricted view of the ocean. We will definitely be returning to 311.

  We loved our stay! First trip to Dauphin Island and will not be our last. .Management was helpful with any questions we had about the area. Beach view, quiet and relaxed atmosphere when we visited in May. Not crowded at all. If you are looking for lots of shopping and bustling touristy location this is not the location for you. If you want to relax on the beach, by the pool and maybe hit a few good restaurants this is your place!

  The bed was comfy, kitchen had everything you could need. A bit of a hike to the beach but the view from the balcony makes you forget about that. Excellent communication throughout process & easy in/out instructions. GREAT location at an affordable price. Definitely would stay here again!

  We had booked a brief stay at Dauphin Island (The Inn at Dauphin Island) and arrived in the afternoon as expected. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We took our luggage to our unit, and we’re gratified to find it was VERY clean, recently upgraded, and in excellent condition. Stayed four nights, had absolutely no problems or complaints.
  Great stay, good price, relaxing time. We’ll be back.

  Unit 311 was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds and couches were very comfortable, and the view was great! The condo was well decorated and had an updated feel to it. We liked the higher table and chairs on the balcony, made for an unobstructed view of the beach. I like the central location of the complex, that made it easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go during our stay. I would highly recommend Unit 311!

  Very lovely condo with everything you might need for a perfect getaway. Furnishings are nice and comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. It’s roomy enough for a family with small children or a couple. It might be a little close for 2 couples. The balcony is best of all with stunning views of the gulf.

  This is my 4th stay at The Inn at Dauphin Island. I hesitate to say I stayed in room 311 this time because it was so great everyone will request this condo. With new owners it has been freshened up. It was clean, full of kitchen amenities, and colorful. Staff was friendly and helpful as usual. I wish the cleaners would leave ice makers turned on, but other than that the stay was great.

  Our family of four enjoyed an extra long weekend at The Inn. We stay here at least once per year, but this was our first stay in #311. The property is always well maintained and clean. The pools are a plus since there are not many rentals on DI with pools and occasionally the weather is too windy or cool to enjoy the beach. The beaches and water were some of the best quality we've ever experienced on DI.

  This 2 bed, 2 bath condo was perfect for us and our 3 kids. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The view from the balcony was amazing. The 1st floor allows quicker access to the pool and boardwalk since there is a gate on their balcony, but I'd rather take the short walk and elevator ride to be able to lay down and wake up to the awesome beach views allowed by The Inn 311. It's also located on the main drag which allows you to get to the East or West side beach, or anywhere in between, in just a few minutes. The front desk staff was courteous every time we passed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay right back in 311 the next time we visit Dauphin Island.

  My family and I enjoyed a quiet spring break week at The Inn 311. The condo was well taken care of and had everything that we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. Make sure to buy groceries before coming to the island because the options and pretty limited once you get there. During our stay, the Inn didn't seem too busy. We never had a problem finding a spot around the pool and we were able to park close to our unit every time we left. We actually only shared the elevator with another family one time the entire week. The beach was wide open with plenty of room for my kids to play around without much concern. You can walk quite a long ways either direction on the beach. One direction is towards other condo units and a public beach and the other direction is towards private homes. There is take out pizza and a few other restaurants, along with ice cream shops within walking distance of the Inn which we found convenient. If you are looking for quiet and laid back, this is the place for you. If it is action and nightlift that you are looking for, then I wouldn't recommend Dauphin Island. We loved our stay!
