  This is the second year I have stayed in this condo. The entire buildings and pools are beautifully kept up on the exterior. This condo although lovely, is in in need of freshening. The rugs are good but the sofa needs a major cleaning. The master bedroom mattress needs replacing. There were no wine glasses. The rest of the kitchen was well equipped and with matching dishes. A few too many pillows and decorative items. Guests need a place to set a computer or iPad or book.Plastic toilet seats are a liability and too cheap for an expensive property

  WE LOVED THE CONDO, VERY NICE ROOMS. THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE JUCUZZI TUB JETS WERE SO DIRTY. ALL THE POTS THAT I COOKED WITH I HAD TO SCRUB BECAUSE SOMEONE LEFT SMALL AMOUNT OF FOOD IN THEM.

  Property was clean & inviting, easy check in/out. Enjoyed the stay. Only complaint is maintenance knocked on the door 3 times on a Saturday am from 9:00-10:00. As i understand that things have to be done & sometimes in a certain time, but having keys made & “checking the keys with the locks” on a Saturday am is not the best time when someone is on vacation & never gets a day much to sleep in. We were checking out the next day (Sunday), why couldn’t this be done after checkout. Being woke up on a Saturday am of vacation was NOT enjoyable.

  Great condo, very comfortable for 8 people. Kids loved the beautifully decorated kids bedroom. We all enjoyed the fantastic view from balcony, the heated pool and being close to the beach.

  We enjoyed our stay and hope to book this condo again. Every time we needed something, we were able to find it in a drawer or cabinet. Nicely decorated and the kids artwork made it feel cozy. The bed and pillows were very comfy. We had a great night’s sleep and enjoyed our coffee on the balcony each morning. The location was right above the pool and perfect for us to watch our teens swim at night.

  Beautiful condo. Have rented many MS and AL Gulf vacation rentals and this is one of the best. Very satisfied with our stay. The general conditions of condo, wall paint colors, furniture, bed linens/pillows, beds, and the gulf views were exceptional. Recommend a new lounge for deck. The three grandchildren had a wonderful time playing in the surf and building a fort on the beach with drift wood. I especially like beach walking. The children always want a rental with a pool. The Mississippi coast with its art and restaurants is great for adults, but the grandchildren prefer the Gulf waters compared to the MS Sound. The MS sound is so shallow and calm. Will return to DI Beach Club (different condo) in July. We're sorry that 207 is not available. Enjoyed pizza from Island Rainbow just across the street. Enjoyed shrimp and scallops from Skinners. We all (ages 77 to 11) really enjoyed our visits to the Estuaruim at the Sea Lab and Fort Gaines (so much to absorb). Exploring small shops was fun on our rainy day. Glad we brought jackets for the March winds and rain. Got groceries at Greer's in Bayou La Batre (Hwy 188) on way to the island. Needed to supplement our food supplies at Ship and Shore.

  First off, we loved the location and the rental. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Plenty of parking, beach view, right by the elevator. The location of the rental couldn't of been better. Within a mile of every restaurant on the island.
  Only negatives, there was an ant problem for a few hours in the living room and there were a few instances we found where the unit could've been cleaned better.

  My husband's family joined us on this trip, there were 18 of is all together, kids ranged from 21-3yrs, fun was had by all. We encountered very friendly locals, other guests at our condo as well as the staff, which gave us a really good feeling thru out the entire trip. We enjoyed the naturalness of the island and the fact that it was not as "busy" as some other place we've stayed on the Gulf. We will surely return!!
