Had beautiful weather and the condo was in a perfect location. The walk to the ocean is a little long but there is a nice boardwalk to get you to the beach. The water is a little murky, there are no shells on the beach (only small ones), we did see stingrays, horseshoe crabs, jellyfish and lots of other fish. Be careful to watch for the undertow. Our family had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. There is not a lot to do on the island but great for sitting on the beach reading and people watching. We can't wait to go back.

The Beach Club on Dauphin Island NEVER disappoints! Our family has been coming to the island ever since our daughter attended Spring Hill College in Mobile.That has been nine years and we keep coming back! This year we brought one of our daughters and her two children with us and my parents. The condo was on the third floor with a gorgeous view of the Gulf for my elderly parents to enjoy; and large enough for all of us! The staff were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. We are already planning next year's visit!

The rental condo was absolutely amazing the elevator was a great help getting everything up and down because we stayed on a third floor. The views out of the living room and the master bedroom of the ocean were absolutely gorgeous! There was plenty of linens and towels the kitchen was very well stopped the overall cleanliness was a 10/10. We would definitely be back!

We had another great time in Dauphin. This unit is our favorite. The view alone is worth staying here. I cook a lot and the kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware. The owner keeps everything up to date. Each year we find the island different, this place is perfect especially during COVID. Can’t wait to return next year.

#303 is a roomy 3BR/3BA with all of the supplies we needed. This was a girl's trip of 6 nurses, in desperate need of a break during the second week of August! Nicely lit, well-kept boardwalk to the beach, 2 pools conveniently located on the property as well, VERY affordable, easy booking, great communication. The unit had enough bathing linens (bring your beach towels), pots and pans, glasses and plates, and other dishes. We had all we needed for a girl's trip. A few negatives for us was the refrigerator needed replaced, it was old and smelly. We added a box of baking soda to the freezer to help. Some of the mattresses need updated, they were pretty worn out. And lastly, the place could have used a good dusting. None of these issues are deal breakers for our group. Overall, we were generally satisfied and would stay again for sure. This is my 3rd stay at DI Beach Club (each at different units) and I enjoy this spot of the beach for the price. I haven't experienced a poor quality unit yet.

The pictures don't do this unit justice. It is MUCH bigger than pictures show. It was a great value for sure to be on the beach and able to stay in 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom for the amount we paid. Only negative was that all three rooms had really poor mattresses so bring a mattress topper if you want to sleep comfortably. It was still a great experience and great unit!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The property is very nice. The view and proximity to the ocean is fantastic. The beach is outstanding and the pools were very nice. The condo was more spacious than we expected. We normally rent a house. The only problem we had was the sliding door from the living room was very hard to open. Was a long walk to the water but a great view. Kids loved the pool.

Our vacation rental experience was great. The keys were in the lock box whenever we arrived. The directions and key codes were emailed to us before our arrival date. The directions were easy to follow. I would like to see the rental unit have a few updates such as the refrigerator, the sliding doors were difficult to lock and with the tropical storm some water came in under the door, and the decor was outdated. We LOVED the view from the great room and the third floor balcony. We enjoyed the pool and especially the beach. The pictures were well done because it captioned the view perfectly on the internet. Overall, We had a fantastic family vacation.

This was our first family vacation with our adult children and 21 month old granddaughter. We couldn't have been happier. The unit was spacious, beautiful and well stocked (except maybe cutlery). The view was breath taking. Sitting on the balcony with my coffee between 5:30 and 6:00 in the morning I was even treated to the sight of a fox traveling back and forth. We voted to return every summer for a repeat experience?

The unit was great the only complaint was the balcony doors were very hard to open and close and the balcony doors in the bedroom would not open at all. Other than mosquitos and a school group of what seemed like 50 children that came during our stay it was awesome. We will come again.

Thr condo was very clean! We stayed in a three bedroom condo and it was very spacious and nicely/comfortably decorated. Gorgeous view of the beach and ocean (We stayed on the third floor)! The private beaches were clean and well maintained. The walk to the beach was the only down side... it wasn't THAT far but just far enough away from the walkway that you dreaded the walk lol. The condos are also close enough to restaurants that you could walk of you wanted. All in all I would definitely recommend staying at the DI Beach club to anyone. Loved it and hope to be back next year!

My sisters and a friend and I stayed a week in the DI Beach Club in March 2014. The view from our balcony was spectacular. With the colder weather, the shore birds had not yet made their migration, so bird watching was a bit of a bust, but our excursions to Biloxi, Mobile and New Orleans were very do-able drives. I'm not sure what the island is like during high season, but there were not alot of crowds anywhere this week. The condo was sufficient for the week. All the furniture sat low, which challenged our older knees. Of course, it all depends how much time you intend to spend inside. There were general maintenance issues - the front door lock needed attention and the sliders did not operate freely. These were left in a list at the desk when we left, so perhaps they've been addressed. All in all a satisfactory week.
Awesome views. Easy beach access. Excellent amenities.
