DI Beach Club 304

Enjoy the great views from the balcony of this 3rd floor Gulf front unit, or take the short walk to the white sandy beach.
This condo has a split floor plan with sleeping accommodations for 10. Each bedroom has a full bath and there is a private covered balcony with plenty of furniture overlooking the two swimming pools and the Gulf. Wake up to the sun rise over the gulf from the master. Relax in the master bath Garden tub or use the walk-in shower after being at the beach.
Sleeping accommodations are: a King in the master, a Queen in the second bedroom, a Twin over Queen bunk bed with a Twin trundle in the third bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the great room. All linens, blankets, towels etc. are provided.
Amenities included are a full size washer and dryer, granite counter tops in a fully equipped kitchen, including lots of small appliances. You can use one of the charcoal grills available on the grounds. If you prefer not to cook, there are local restaurants and a bakery on the island, several are within walking distance.
Also If there is a day when you choose not to go to the beach or in the late evening there are DVD players, stereo, cable TV in the living room and master, or use the high-speed Wi-Fi for other entertainment.

  We loved our stay at Dauphin Island Beach Club #304! The condo was spacious for 3 couples plus our two grandchildren. It provided everything we needed for our long weekend.The master suite facing the Gulf is beautiful. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking pots and pans including a crock pot. The view from the balcony provided a gorgeous sunset view in October. I loved this central location because you can walk to the eastern point at Pelican Cove or west along the shore. It is a bit of a walk from the condo to the shore, but given beach erosion at our other favorite beach on the east coast, it is well worth it. The board walk provides a nice safe passage for children and parents and grandparents to the beach. Next time I will bring a small wagon to help cart our things from the condo to beach. The outdoor shower and swimming pools are very nice. The heated outdoor pool was an appreciated bonus in the cool October evening.

  This is our second time staying in this unit. We got married on the island and had a lot of family in other condo units.   What a wonderful experience our first visit to Dauphin Island was! Having never been to the island or the beach club we could only base our expectations on the pictures given by the rental. Which were right on. The unit was big enough for our family of 10. Each bedroom having its on bathroom was a big plus! There was plenty of towels for our group, that meant less laundry loads during our 5 nights there. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, plates, etc. Beds were confortable and the pool was kept clean. We had a small issue with the shower, to which maintenance responded quickly and efficiently. Our family enjoyed our stay, and should we return to the island The Beach Club will be on our list to rent again.

  Rented unit 304 for our family vacation during fall break. The condo was wonderful - it was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Past guests left extras like dishwasher and laundry detergent. All of the beds were very comfortable. The pull out sofa bed was used once by the kids - I wouldn’t recommend to use it for adults.   Spacious condo with plenty of room for family of 6. Condo was clean and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and there was an abundance of towels and wash cloths (something we often don’t have enough of with a big family). The dryer did not work the best and clothes had to be dried twice to keep them from staying damp.
  Unfortunately we didn’t have the greatest of weather and that would have been okay if we could have utilized WiFi or TV. We left two days early due to weather, which is no fault of the owners, just a heads up if you have multiple kids to entertain nothing really works well on the island during inclement weather.
  
  The end of the walkway to the beach was also flooded and could use some maintenance. Prior to the bad weather you had to walk through a big puddle to get to the beach and it was almost impossible to get through with our rolling cooler. After the storms that area was almost knee deep.
  Overall a we were happy with the condo and price, hopefully we can enjoy it again in the future when weather is a little bit better!

  Our condo was lovely and well equipped. We cook in much of time and appreciate plenty of pots and pans for shrimp boils and other delicious seafood. Our only issue this year was LOTS of dead ants or something all along the patio doors and just inside the doors which we were problem tracking in. We ended up having to clean the mess up but other than that minor issue, it was wonderful as it has been for the last 21 years. We do wish that there were pet friendly condos and that will eventually be the only reason we stop staying a the Beach Club.

  This was a great condo for our family. We had 3 adults and 3 kids, ages 2-7. The condo was clean and well stocked with appliances and had plenty of towels for all 3 bathrooms. The balcony was a nice size and the bedrooms were a good size. The condo inside was very clean, but the outside of the building could use a little TLC. There was nothing that would make me not rent this place again. The only thing I didn’t like was that there were no bathrooms in the pool area, but that wasn’t even a deal breaker since we could go upstairs fairly easily. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

  Great condo on a peaceful beach. There was one BIG thing that could stop us from returning in the future- no restrooms near the pool... This is a must! Just think of how gross that pool is after kids and adults spend all day there drinking and playing with no restroom close by... Ew! It is also inconvenient to have to drag a wet child up 3 flights of stairs or wait on an elevator to take them to the bathroom inside your dry condo-- or from all the way at the beach to your room just to return. The beach itself and condo was amazing, no complaints there! The beach is perfect for little ones, a small wading area before you get to a large sand bar. It doesn't get deep for a ways out in the water which gave me peace of mind. Lots of creatures to watch and good fishing. Shells galore, and big ones, if you walk East a little bit. Our families had a wonderful vacation, thank you. Few bugs as long as the wind was blowing but if it stops-- have the repellent ready!

  This is the third year we have vacationed in Dauphin Island in October. This was our first time staying at the Beach Club, the past two years we stayed at The Inn of Dauphin Island. Our condo was clean, modern and well equipped with everything we needed for the week.   We decided at the last minute to go to the beach - literally 2 days before left we booked our reservation. Due to the hurricane in the Atlantic, folks were switching their trips to the gulf, so we had a fairly difficult time finding what we wanted due to lots of places being full. We decided to take a chance and go somewhere we'd never been - Dauphin Island. We were a little nervous booking a place we had never seen at a location we had never been to. Our fears were completely unfounded though, as our condo was perfect for us. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms perfectly met our needs. Having 2 pools was really nice too. The only drawback to the location is that Walmart is like 45 minutes away, so it's not like you can just run out to get stuff everyday. We went once and then made do with what we had! Overall we had a great experience!

  This was a great place for a beach vacation. It is very family friendly and not at all crowded like other beaches. The guys loved fishing here and I particularly enjoyed the beautiful sunsets!

  We loved our time on Dauphin Island. The condo was great and our family didn't want to leave! Comfortable beds, super friendly management, quiet atmosphere, great views. Would if the property had a deck to help with the walk to the beach, to see a newer fridge with a handle and shelves that weren't broken, and a working lock on front door (so door could be unlocked) or to be given two keys to the condo. Overall this was a great vacation and we'll be back next summer!

  Very nice size and third floor is very good view of the Gulf. Four adults had a tight time getting into the kitchen. A few cosmetic repairs could spruce the place up a bit, but overall, a very satisfactory experience.
